My stay at the hotel was quite an experience. The rooms were spacious but not cleaned properly, and to be honest, I felt the price was a bit high for the area. On the bright side, the rooms were cool and spacious.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The rooms were not very clean, loud, and overpriced, but they were great for taking photos in. The service was a mixed bag with some staff being extremely disrespectful and unprofessional while others, like Stefani and the waiters at the restaurants, were very friendly and helpful. The location was a highlight with its proximity to the beach, although upgrading the resort might be necessary. The dining options were poor, lacking a buffet and Colombian dishes, but the soup was pretty decent.
